We have recently completed a group telecoms audit for a number of schools in North Yorkshire. The project consisted of 13 schools comprising of 3 Secondary, 9 Primary and 1 Special School. The cluster group cost savings exercise included a review of telecoms expenditure within all the schools to see where savings could be made. The results of the group telecoms cost saving audit were as follows:
TOTAL COMBINED SAVINGS FOUND £58,080.72
Secondary School savings ranged from £1,363.98 – £14,752.95
Secondary School average saving was £8,234.63
Primary School savings ranged from £656.88 – £4,783.11
Primary School average saving was £2,566.13
Special School saving was £10,281.63
Due to the huge success of this project we are running a second cluster group audit in January and would love to hear from you if your school would like to be included.
