Join Our Team- Telemarketing Executive Position Available

TGE Solutions are the UK’s leading provider of Audit and Procurement services to the Education Sector. Specialising in Telecoms, Broadband and ICT we have worked with 1,000+ schools collectively saving them over £10 million.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketing Executive to join our fast-growing business. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach and fostering relationships with potential clients in the education sector.

While the primary location for this role is home-based, it is essential for the successful candidate to be situated within a one-hour drive of our Boroughbridge office in North Yorkshire. Comprehensive training will be provided at our office, emphasising the importance of geographic proximity for optimal onboarding and team integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to schools, showcasing our expertise and understanding their specific needs to position our services effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers within schools.
  • Clearly and concisely present the features and benefits of our services.
  • Overcome objections and handle customer inquiries confidently, building trust and rapport.
  • Schedule appointments for our consultants to discuss our services with interested schools.
  • Maintain detailed call records and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Proficiency in data entry and CRM software.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A passionate individual that cares about schools and the future prospects of children.
