We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketing Executive to join our fast-growing business. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach and fostering relationships with potential clients in the education sector.
While the primary location for this role is home-based, it is essential for the successful candidate to be situated within a one-hour drive of our Boroughbridge office in North Yorkshire. Comprehensive training will be provided at our office, emphasising the importance of geographic proximity for optimal onboarding and team integration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to schools, showcasing our expertise and understanding their specific needs to position our services effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers within schools.
- Clearly and concisely present the features and benefits of our services.
- Overcome objections and handle customer inquiries confidently, building trust and rapport.
- Schedule appointments for our consultants to discuss our services with interested schools.
- Maintain detailed call records and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
- Active listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A passionate individual that cares about schools and the future prospects of children.
